REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Wait. What? There’s a problem with your Shower in a Can?! No way! We’re really sorry to hear that. If this really unlikely event has occurred, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what the problem is. We’ll get back to you ASAP and agree a way out of this disaster! If we agree a refund and return is the best way forward, we’ll likely ask you to send your Can back to us by post.
Now here’s the boring legal stuff….we’ll need you to let us know within 30 days of purchase to be able to return your Can - and it will need to be unused and in the same condition you received it.
It’s your job to ensure that your Can gets back to us in a safe and secure manner, so we reckon you should use a recorded postal/courier service, making sure the postal service you use has insurance that covers the value of the products you are returning. And unless we’ve said otherwise, in advance, the costs of you sending it back aren’t refundable..
We’ll drop you and email once your Shower in a Can has been received and checked out. Please note that any refund can take up to 5 days to clear and appear in your bank account.
